Keto Cheese Biscuits
I’ve made fathead dough before, but used it for pizza. Today, I decided to make it into biscuits and use them as hamburger buns. The result was fantastic. I’ve had a few people ask me for the recipe, so here it is.
Fathead Dough Biscuits
- 3 Cups Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella)
- 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Large Egg
- 1.5 Cups Almond Flour
Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine cheese and cream cheese in a medium sized saucepan and heat on medium, stirring constantly.
Once the cheese and cream cheese are fully melted and combined, remove from heat.
Into the sauce pan, add the almond flour and egg, mix thoroughly with a plastic* spoon
Using your greased hands, form the dough into 12 biscuit size circles and place onto a pan with parchment paper.
Place the pan into the oven and bake for about 10 – 12 minutes, removing once they are gold brown.
*Use plastic to prevent dough from sticking.
